Bio
I am currently a PhD candidate in applied psychology (organizational and vocational Psychology). My research interests involve a range of human-environment dynamic issues for a better future of all, such as how employees proactively react to increasing uncertainties, how individuals develop more sustainable careers, and how consumers shape greener brand identities. In my PhD dissertation, I investigate the social forces that shape proactive behavior trajectories (behavioral sustainability). My research has resulted in 8 high-quality SSCI/SCI papers, 1 CSSCI paper, and 15 conference papers. Recently, I have won the 2022 AOM Best Overall Paper award (as the paper’s first author), the National postgraduate scholarship (2023, 2019), and the Presidential Fellowship of Peking University (2022, 2020). I have served as the anonymous reviewer for a range of Q1 journals since 2019.
