Abstract We demonstrate an efficient RF photonics filter based on AlGaAs-on-insulator integrated comb. With a record low on-chip pumping power of similar to 20 mW, the reconfigurable filter achieves a main-to-secondary sidelobe ratio of > 25 dB. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
