Abstract | Tri-axial magnetometer is widely used in many fields, such as mineral exploration, robot navigation, missile navigation and so on. So it is important to get accurate measure information of the magnetometer so that the instruments can work effectively. In this paper, a newly fast method of magnetometer calibration is used to calibration Tri-axial magnetometer. Simulation and experiment with an IMU are presented and discussed. And the result of common LS with six hexahedron measurement shows that six hexahedron shows a good calibration performance in improving the accuracy of the heading angle. © 2017 IEEE. |
