Abstract We report direct generation of 500MHz Yb:fiber laser frequency comb. The offset frequency was stabilized more than 6 hours in an open air environment. The stabilized repetition rate has an in-loop tracking stability of 4.46??10-13/??1/2. ? 2014 Optical Society of America.
