Abstract | Heat exchanger is an important component of the gravure press, also a key part to produce energy. This paper mainly studies the mathematical algorithm of heat transfer on heat exchanger. It deeply analyzes the structure of the heat exchanger, the heat transfer through heat radiation of the heat tube, convective heat transfer and heat loss. Take the domestic gravure press for example, using the algorithm to calculate the thermal parameters before and after the improvement of the heat exchanger. |
