Abstract This paper reports the design, working principle, fabrication and the structure of a high temperature/pressure continuous flowing chip. The chip can reach a high pressure of 500kPa and temperature of 150??C, which can be used for portable cell culture system. The bacterial sterilization experiments are conducted with 108/ml E.coli and 107/ml Staphylococcus aureus flowing through the sterilization chip. The results show a sharp decrease of population proving the chip has an efficient and universal sterilization effects. ? 2013 IEEE.
