Abstract | Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) electrochemiluminescence (ECL) was applied to determine quercetin. It was found that ECL intensity of Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) could be enhanced in the presence of quercetin in basic solution, and the enhanced light emission intensity was proportional to the concentration of quercetin over the range of 1x10(-6) mol/L to 2x10(-4) mol/L. |
