AbstractHigh-throughput assays necessitate high-throughput data analysis. Arrayed microfluidic immunoassay shows the capability of high-throughput protein detection. However, its development was restricted by the low efficiency of downstream data analysis. We present herein programming-based image processing through the local recognition of a sub-array followed by the region-growing algorithm to achieve fast, convenient and precise extraction of information with reduced personal bias.
